Do to hygienic reasons, we don’t accept returns on any underwear that’s been worn, unpackaged, or washed.
If you bought a multi-pack in the wrong size, we will replace your pack free of charge, but only upon receiving your unwashed or unopened order (minus the pair your tried on). Please contact us before returning anything.
If your product is defective, please take some photos of the defect and send them to us at email@example.com. We’d be happy to replace any defective products for you free of charge.
We’re normal people who also buy stuff online and know things don’t always go as expected. If you aren’t happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we’ll do whatever we can to make things right.
