Value Pack Purchase
If you are not happy with one of our value packs, we will fully refund 1 pair, and fully refund the rest of the pack upon receiving the remaining unopened pairs from you by mail (we pay for return shipping).
Do to hygienic reasons, we don’t accept returns on any unpackaged underwear and do not give refunds for returned underwear that’s been unpackaged.
If your underwear doesn’t fit right, we’ll send you a new pair in a different size free of charge.
If your product is defective, please take some photos of the defect and send them to us at email@example.com. We’d be happy to to replace any defective products for you.
If you aren’t happy with your underwear subscription, the above return and refund policy applies to the first month of your subscription only. After your first month, you can cancel or modify your subscription, but will not be eligible for any refunds.
We’re normal people who also buy stuff online and know things don’t always go as expected. If you aren’t happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we’ll do whatever we can to make things right.
