Do to hygienic reasons, we don’t accept returns on any underwear and do not give refunds for returned underwear that’s been unpackaged.
If your product is defective, please take some photos of the defect and send them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’d be happy to replace any defective products for you free of charge.
